Perimenopause & Menopause Support
Perimenopause and menopause are natural transitions—but they can bring challenging symptoms that affect daily life, relationships, and long-term health. At Hometown Family Health, we provide personalized, evidence-based support so you don’t have to navigate these changes alone.
If you’re struggling with hot flashes, brain fog, or sleep changes—or simply wondering if your symptoms are connected to menopause—our team can help you regain mental clarity and emotional balance.
Who Benefits from Menopause Support
Perimenopause and menopause can bring more than a few hot flashes. They may leave you tossing and turning at night, struggling to focus at work, navigating unexpected mood changes, or feeling disconnected in your relationships. Symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, low libido, or stubborn weight shifts can slowly chip away at your confidence and energy.
But here’s the truth: you don’t have to just “push through” or accept these changes as an inevitable part of aging. With the right support, relief and renewed harmony are possible.

Personalized Care From the Start
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is all about you—your story, your symptoms, and your goals. We’ll listen closely, review your history, and connect the dots using the latest science on perimenopause and menopause.
Together, we’ll design a personalized plan that may include hormone therapy*, diagnostic labs, or lifestyle strategies. Every recommendation is tailored to your body and your priorities, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
You’ll leave with a clear roadmap for relief, prevention, and long-term health—and the confidence of knowing you have a trusted partner by your side.
What to Know Before You Book
→ First Visit: $250

We want you to feel fully informed before scheduling:
*A note on hormone therapy: Your care is always personalized. While many patients benefit from hormone therapy, it isn’t the right choice in every situation. Prescriptions are not guaranteed, as safety and appropriateness depend on each individual’s health history and needs. If hormone therapy isn’t recommended, we’ll work with you to explore other effective options so your plan still aligns with your goals.
For those who begin hormone therapy, we typically recommend a minimum of one follow-up visit every three months during the first year to ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and well-suited to your body’s needs.
At this time, we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare patients.
You don’t have to just “tough it out.”
With thoughtful support, menopause can become a time of strength, harmony, and true empowerment. At Hometown Family Health, we’ll be your partner through every stage of the journey.
